The room I booked was reasonably large and brand-new with a couch and a balcony with a view on nothing and the bedroom as expected.

We booked a superior queen room with a king bed and could use the wake-up service offered. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the stunning Reggia di Caserta and its beautiful gardens. I hope this helps! Let me know if you need more assistance.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was terrific, with marvellous location just next door to many restaurants, bars, shopping boutiques, & of course the Reggia di Caserta including the gardens as well as La Reggia de Caserta, which is, by the way, magnificent. A lot of meals for breakfast, it was particularly nice!

Well located. Walking distance from the Reggia.
Although it has large rooms, they're not very charming. Don't expect a true 4 star hotel. The main entrance is way more pleasant than the rooms.

Good staff. Good location.
Actually this hotel is not 4*. May be 2*. The photos on the site is much more better than reality. Could not advise this hotel to stay. Breakfast was poor. Actually it's hard to find quite good hotel with the good price in the cities of southern Italy, so if you have not any other ways, you could stay there for one night.
